As part of the Silver Fern Companies team for the past 12 years, Stephen brings over 15 years of experience and knowledge in the construction and land development industry to our clients and insures all expectations are met. As the Vice President of Construction, Stephen manages the development process for Silver Fern’s clients in addition to establishing and adhering to project budgets and schedules.
Prior to joining Silver Fern Companies, Stephen was a Foreman with MTC Construction overseeing all aspects of the grading operations of their residential communities. Prior to MTC Construction, Stephen worked for Meadow Valley Construction and R.E. Monks checking grades for heavy equipment operators.
Stephen is a veteran of the Unites States Marine Corps who served his country during “Operation Restore Hope” in Somalia. He is an active member of the Homebuilders Association of Central Arizona, ACE Alliance for Construction Excellence, and Arizona Association for Economic Development.
Stephen is OSHA Certified.
