San Tan Heights Parcels B3 and B4 consist of approximately 85.383 gross acres located south of the southeast corner of Thompson Road and Hunt Highway in Pinal County, Arizona, within the San Tan Heights Master Plan. The San Tan Heights master-planned community will be home to approximately 4,800 homes upon completion with 324 lots being constructed for Mattamy Homes. The lot mix consists of 45’x115’, 50x115’ and 55’x120’. This site’s improvements include fissure remediation, Thompson Road improvements and an extension of San Tan Heights Blvd. Construction kicked off in June 2021.

This six-parcel community located in Gold Canyon started in 2016 with Preconstruction, Dry Utility services to full Construction Management until the end of the lot development in 2019.

Rancho El Dorado

Rancho El Dorado is a 1,748-lot community that will be coming to life in the upcoming years. Four parcels (272 lots) are soon to be ready for lot development, and Harvard Investments has tasked Silver Fern Companies in realizing this community.

Recker Pointe 2

A total of 487 lots were developed to create the Recker Pointe Phase 1 and Phase 2 Shea Homes community located at East Ray Road and South Recker Road. Houses start at $290,000 and have the Silver Fern Construction Management seal of approval.

Rancho Mirage

Silver Fern Companies is providing budget preparation, constructability, value engineering and construction management services for 308 single-residence lots. The community features a small lake at the entrance, a park with a volleyball court, basketball courts, tot lots and plenty of grass for play. The community of Rancho Mirage, once completely developed. will have over 2,100 homes.

Marley Park

Marley Park is a new community that can be found at West Waddell Road and North Bullard Avenue. This 70-lot project, owned by Beazer Homes, is part of a larger community being built. This requires collaboration between all parties, with Silver Fern Companies acting as Beazer Homes representative — a key part of the Construction Management service.

Rosewood Golf Villas

Silver Fern Companies is providing budget preparation, constructability, value engineering and construction management services for 61 lots in southwest Phoenix at Estrella Mountain for Rosewood Homes. Houses are selling from the $330,000s.

Sunrise Ranch

Sunrise Ranch is a planned, single-family residential community on approximately 130 acres, located at the northeast corner of 17th Avenue and Jomax Road in Surprise. Sunrise Ranch will include 476 lots in four development parcels thoughtfully arranged around the primary community open space park and will include off-street pedestrian paths throughout the community, which will connect the neighborhoods and common area open spaces.

Morning Sun Farms, 5, 7A, 7B

Our handling Construction Management for Tavera (East Guadalupe Road and South Hawes Road) has put this community on the fast track. Mattamy Homes will be selling these soon-to-be-completed homes starting in the $250,000 range.

Verde Trails Phase 1 and 2
