John Fortini is President and Managing Member of Silver Fern Companies, overseeing all operations of the firm. Under his leadership, Silver Fern has expanded from a construction management company to a full service construction management, land development, and real estate consulting firm, having developed over 30,000 lots in just the past 10 years. He also serves as President of Silver Fern Capital.
Mr. Fortini is responsible for daily operations, entitlement processing, and construction management services for multiple residential subdivision projects as well as public capital improvement projects. Mr. Fortini began his career in construction management and land development as an intern, then later Residential Building Superintendent for Richmond American Homes / MDC Holdings in Phoenix, Arizona; responsible for forward planning and model home construction. He holds a B.S. from the Del E. Webb School of Construction at Arizona State University.
An active participant in the real estate and development communities, Mr. Fortini is a member of the ASU Real Estate Council, ASU Alliance for Construction Excellence, Home Builders of Central Arizona, Valley Partnership, and Urban Land Institute. He is also an active member of Lambda Alpha International, serves as a Board Member for the Arizona Art Museum and is an avid European wine collector.
