John B. Nagel, Project Manager
Personal Bio: Born and raised in Lisle, Illinois (suburb of Chicago). Attended the University of Iowa and graduated with a BS in Environmental Science and Urban Planning degree before moving to Phoenix, AZ in 1997. In 2000 I married my best friend Linda. We moved to Ahwatukee in 2003 where we currently reside and call home. In 2006 we welcomed our daughter Lillie to the family. We have a Shiba Inu named Nyla and we enjoy staying active in the community.
Career Bio: I began my career in residential development in 1998 with KB Home where I obtained extensive knowledge of civil design and subdivisions and all facets of project management ranging from contracts, negotiations, estimating, budgets, schedules, dry utility coordination, value engineering and municipality relationships. In 2007 my entrepreneurial spirit lead me to small business ownership where I remained in the development community providing an environmental service for many national builders throughout the valley. In 2011 I decided to get back to project management by accepting a position with Campbell Development and in 2013 finally hit my stride with the Silver Fern Companies team managing the daily operations of the construction process and working closely with our clients on a daily basis to deliver a completed product.

Hobbies/Extracurricular Activities: Boating, traveling with family, gardening, snow skiing, being outdoors.

If you could have one superhero power, what would it be and why? To find a cure for cancer. Too many people are affected by this disease far too early in life.
