Personal Bio: I have lived in Phoenix for 32 years and am a proud dad to my daughter Taylor (11) and son Tyler (8). My hobbies include: camping, fly fishing, dirt bikes, Harley rides, snowboarding, shooting guns, hanging with family and friends.
Career Bio: I began my career in the environmental field as a Project Geologist for my first 6 years out of college. I made a career change to homebuilding in 1995 and was with Taylor Woodrow/Morrison for 8 years in the land department. After that I spent 3 years as the Community Manager for AAM (HOA) on a large on-site community.
Area of Expertise: Land Development from Entitlements to Turnover. Experience with wells, subsurface water, water treatment plants (worked at two superfund clean up sites) and wastewater.
