The adopted fees will become effective on July 28, 2014.  Builders in Buckeye will see a net decrease in fees in the North and Central North Service Areas and a net increase in fees in the Central East and Central West Service Areas.

Summary of adopted fees by service area:

North Service Area fees decrease from $12,410 to $12,311.

Central North Service Area fees decrease from $12,410 to $11,480.

Central West Service Area fees increase from $11,766 to $22,102.

Central East Service Area fees increase from $11,062 to $16,011.
