We analyze developments in all stages and perform due diligence to help potential buyers make crucial preservation and disposition decisions. This includes:

  • Review all documents including Seller and Homeowners Association agreements, for funding obligations, encumbrances, compliance and restrictions.
  • Review and/or coordinate project-specific conditional reports and title report for issues.
  • Analyze impact fee, community facility and/or improvement districts obligations and status.
