As Operations Manager, Andrea is integral in keeping Silver Fern running smoothly. She coordinates, manages and monitors the workings of various departments in the organization and improves our internal processes to better serve, you, our clients.
Andrea began her career with Silver Fern Companies in March 2005. She previously served as the Land Development Manager, guiding clients through jurisdictions and their processes and coordinating between all entities associated with the plan review process including the civil engineer, landscape architect and approving agency.
Andrea is a native Arizonan, growing up in Tucson. Metro Phoenix has been her home since 2001. She is a member of the Home Builders Association of Central Arizona, Society for Marketing Professional Services, and Urban Land Institute.
