Kevin has 13 years of land development experience, having worked previously at Meritage Homes and Richmond American Homes. A Valley resident for over 35 years, Kevin brings with him a wealth of land development knowledge. As Director of Land Development, his primary roles include due diligence and entitlements, focusing more on the initial phases of planning and construction. This is where his experience can help make the decision making and entitlement process easier for clients.
Kevin is a recipient of the Arizona Association of Community Managers 2009 GEM Award.
