Property Inspection. Our team conducts property inspections for lenders financing the construction costs for a new owner. We will review the lender’s construction draw and verify the borrower’s completion percentages correlate with fieldwork. Our approval process provides current pictures of invoiced work in the event an owner / lender cannot visit the site.
